ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a skilled Full Stack Engineer with a back-end orientation to join our team.
This role focuses on building robust applications using Python (back-end) and React (front-end), while leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) to accelerate and enhance the development process.
You will work with AI-powered tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, or CLI-based agents like Claude Code to streamline coding, testing, and deployment.WHAT YOU WILL DO- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications, with a strong emphasis on Python-based back-end services; - Build and optimize React-based front-end components;- Integrate and optimize workflows with AI-assisted coding tools (LLMs, code agents, etc.);- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions;- Ensure high standards of code quality, testing, and deployment;- Stay up to date with emerging technologies in AI-enhanced development.MUST HAVES- 4+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable full-stack applications, with a focus on Python back-end services; - Solid knowledge of React for front-end development;- Experience in LLM-assisted development environments (Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code, or any other);- Proficiency with REST APIs, databases, and cloud environments;- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and best software engineering practices;- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills;- Upper-Intermediate English level.NICE TO HAVES- Background in AI/ML concepts or experience integrating AI services; - Knowledge of DevOps practices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes);- Experience in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments.PERKS AND BENEFITS- Professional growth: Accelerate your professional journey with mentorship, TechTalks, and personalized growth roadmaps.

Requirements4+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable full-stack applications, with a focus on Python back-end services; Solid knowledge of React for front-end development; Experience in LLM-assisted development environments (Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code, or any other); Proficiency with REST APIs, databases, and cloud environments; Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and best software engineering practices; Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills; Upper-Intermediate English level.
