**Tasks**:
- Analysing current business procedures to identify changes that, within the boundaries of the given scope, are necessary.
- Ensure the viability of any suggested modifications, coordinate with the project manager, product management, operations, compliance, and legal departments.
- Creating documentation for business requirements.
- Overseeing review cycles, ensuring a thorough procedure for incorporating feedback and responding to it and facilitating any necessary meetings and presentations.
- The forward tracing of scope to requirements and the reverse.
- Participation in other related responsibilities as needed.
**Profile**:
- Business analysis experience of at least five years, preferably in a program
- Thorough familiarity with the discipline of document management, including the ideas of baseline and change control, especially in an agile environment.
- Knowledge of the requirements analysis process and stakeholder interaction
- BPMN, UML or any modelling tools knowledge is mandatory
- IREB / BPMN / UML / Agile certifications would be considered as an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Financial industry experience
