Lead and mentor a team of Machine Learning Engineers working across multiple AI initiatives.Provide technical assessments and guidance on solution design, architecture, and delivery across projects.Collaborate with leadership to define and evolve the company's AI strategy, aligning technology with business priorities.Contribute hands-on to internal AI solutions and reusable components, ensuring scalability and performance.Build and refine MLOps infrastructure and architecture, enabling robust experimentation, deployment, and monitoring of models.Help grow the AI Engineering team by participating in hiring, onboarding, and career development.Promote a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the AI/ML team.Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and MLOps, and bring innovation into practice.Requirements 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, with 2+ years in a leadership or tech lead role.Demonstrated experience leading ML engineers and delivering AI/ML solutions into production.Strong background in MLOps practices and tools: CI/CD for ML, model monitoring, versioning, data pipelines.Advanced programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.Proficiency in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and orchestration tools.Familiarity with LLMs and GenAI tools (OpenAI APIs, LangChain, HuggingFace, etc.).Experience in defining and implementing AI system architecture.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align technical teams and business stakeholders.FORMAÇÃO: Superior Completo e Especialização na área a fins.HORÁRIO: Comercial BENEFÍCIOS: Seguro de vida, Convênio médico, Convênio odontológico, Seguro de vida em grupo, Vale transporte, Vale-alimentação, Uniforme, Alimentação no local, Tarifas especiais para utilização dos serviços de hospedagem e outlets da companhia e muito maisSALÁRIO: Salário competitivo com o mercado REGIME DE CONTRATAÇÃO: CLT - Efetivo LOCAL DE TRABALHO: São Paulo / SP - Zona Zul MODALIDADE DE TRABALHO: Remoto Candidatar nessa vaga.Formação Acadêmica:Não informadoSalário:A combinarCargo:Engenheiro de sistemas (software)Empresa:JP & F ConsultoriaAtua com seleção e agenciamento de mão-de-obra.Ramo:Recursos Humanos/ Recrutamento e seleção(EK)
