ABOUT SHEIN SHEIN is a global online fashion and lifestyle retailer, offering SHEIN branded apparel and products from global network of vendors, all at affordable prices.Headquartered in Singapore, SHEIN remains committed to making the beauty of fashion accessible to all, promoting its industry-leading, on demand production methodology, for a smarter, future-ready industry.Founded in ****, SHEIN has more than 16,000 employees operating from offices around the world, and continues to expand operations globally.Join SHEIN and be the future.ABOUT THE ROLE: Responsibilities: Structure, draft and negotiate a wide variety of agreements, including those relating to marketing and advertising, sponsorships, co-branding, influencers, social media, and brand ambassadors.Review, structure, draft and negotiate commercial agreements in a broad range of transactional disciplines, including marketing and services agreements, publisher agreements, production agreements, cobranding agreements, NDAs, and license agreements.Knowledge of trademark and copyright issues, and best practices for companies Ability to be responsible for all trademark and copyright-related activities for multiple business segments, including training, branding, risk assessment, prosecution, maintenance and enforcement, in a fast-paced, frugal environment Ability to effectively translate IP issues to members of the creative, technology, business, management and legal teams Meet the demands and consultations of the various internal areas of the company Conduct legal research; Assist the collection of subsidies, preparation of representation documents and other inherent activities to support outsourced law firms; Working collaboratively with internal legal team and outside counsel; Improving and streamlining litigation-related processes and procedures; Providing litigation support and strategy; Provide advice to cross-functional teams on advertising issues, including discount advertising, disclaimers and disclosures, and claims substantiation.Open to perform other duties as assigned or required.Requirements: A minimum of 6 years of drafting and advice and counseling experience in the field of corporate, contracts, intellectual property, corporate governance and other legal matters.In-house experience preferred but not required.Litigation, Corporate and License experience will be considered as a plus.Self-starter; entrepreneurial, "roll up your sleeves" attitude.Flexibility and open minded to assume new and different activities as assigned.Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.A strong work ethic, attention to detail and sense of professional accountability.Must be fluent in English, Spanish is a plus.At SHEIN, we believe that diversity is the force that drives innovation.We are committed to creating an environment where all voices are heard, valued and respected.All our vacancies are inclusive for people with disabilities, women, black people, LGBTQIAPN+ community and all types of diversity.
