Accounting ProfessionalWe are seeking a highly skilled accounting professional to join our team.The ideal candidate will have experience in month-end close processes, bank reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.The Staff Accountant is responsible for following established standards for processing and implementing day-to-day transactional accounting to produce complete and accurate financial statements.Key Responsibilities:Process invoices, apply payments, and reconcile transactions accurately and efficiently.Perform soft reconciliations weekly and hard reconciliations monthly, ensuring accuracy in coding and matching transactions.Prepare and reconcile schedules for various accounts such as AR, AP, payroll accruals, loans, and fixed assets.Map accounts, sync data, and generate financial reports using predefined templates.Utilize NetSuite for bank feeds, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable processing, generating reports, and posting journal entries.Requirements:2–3 years of accounting or finance experience doing month-end close processes, bank reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.Education: Accounting or Finance degree preferred.Strong proficiency in NetSuite (or similar ERP) and Excel.Strong background in process enhancement, process implementation, and system optimization.Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.US GAAP knowledge required; IFRS familiarity is a plus.Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
