Business Consultant - Leveraging your expertise and analytical skills, you will conduct in-depth assessments, identify opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations.Your ability to foster strong client relationships and implement effective strategies will contribute to the success of our clients'' businesses.ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement : Engage with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and requirements.Act as a trusted advisor and maintain strong client relationships.Analysis : Conduct comprehensive analysis of client data, processes, and operations to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.Strategic Planning : Develop innovative and data-driven strategies and action plans to address client challenges and achieve their business objectives.Recommendations : Present and communicate strategic recommendations to clients, outlining the benefits and potential outcomes of proposed solutions.Implementation Support : Provide guidance and support during the implementation of recommended strategies, ensuring successful execution.Business Development : Collaborate with the business development team to identify and pursue new consulting opportunities with prospective clients.RequirementsEducation : Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.Consulting Experience : Proven experience as a business consultant or in a related consulting role.Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex business challenges and formulate effective solutions.Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex concepts to clients and team members.Relationship Building : Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.Adaptability : Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic consulting environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.ExperienceConsultoria (obrigatório)Compensation & BenefitsTipo de vaga : Tempo integralSalário : R$10.000,00 - R$12.000,00 por mêsHorário de trabalho : De segunda à sexta-feira, dias úteis e finais de semana, turno de 8 horasTipos de pagamento adicional : 13o salário, adicional de férias, comissão, hora extra#J-*****-Ljbffr
