OverviewWe are looking for a full-stack developer who is excited about building new things and using AI to move faster.
This is a full-time role where you\'ll work closely with a small, fast-moving team to expand the feature set and help improve the developer experience.
You\'ll be building end-to-end: from scoping features to shipping production code.
You\'ll have real ownership over the tech you build.
The project on which you\'ll be working is an online evaluation platform working with large enterprises across LATAM.
The platform has been refactored and the next step is growth.
You\'ll work on adding new, AI-first, end-to-end features and refactoring legacy backend code.ResponsibilitiesModernize legacy PHP codebase while maintaining platform stabilityBuild AI-powered candidate assessment features and automated evaluation workflowsFix bugs, improve performance, and refine existing featuresRequirementsBachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or related fieldAdvanced English skills4+ years of full-stack development experienceProficient with React/TypeScript, PHP, MySQL, and AWSComfortable and curious using AI tools to assist your workflowSolid experience building and shipping SaaS productsStartup mindset: you\'re self-directed and enjoy working in small, focused teamsBenefitsYour pick when it comes to employment models: CLT/PJ/CooperativaResources for growth and learning on the job, including online courses, mentoring, and the latest gen laptopsA fully remote work environment with flexible working hoursBonus for referrals that we end up hiring
