About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer to create intuitive iOS experiences for our growing consumer app.The successful candidate will work end-to-end from concept to polished screens that ship to users, collaborating with product, engineering, and growth teams to shape the app experience based on data, user psychology, and proven patterns used by top US apps.Key Responsibilities:Research US consumer habits, expectations, and mobile journeysTurn insights into simple user flows and clear wireframesDesign clean iOS interfaces with strong information hierarchyCreate high-fidelity screens, components, and motion ideasPartner with product and engineering to ship features to usersRun quick tests, gather feedback, and refine designsEnsure visual consistency and maintain the design systemReview analytics to understand user behavior and drop-off pointsBenchmark against leading US consumer apps and bring fresh ideasRequirements:Strong portfolio showing iOS consumer app workDeep understanding of iOS patterns and US user expectationsAbility to move fast from sketches to polished screensExperience working with growth teams on conversion-focused flowsComfortable using Figma with a fast iteration processGood understanding of onboarding, paywalls, and retention pathsStrong visual craft with attention to detailClear communication and an ownership mindsetExperience in consumer apps for children, lifestyle, or education is a plusWhat You Get:Opportunity to work with a fast-moving team building an iOS product for the US marketFreedom to shape user journeys and the visual directionRoom for quick growth and ownership of core app features
