Job Description:Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist is responsible for overseeing the entire candidate journey from initial contact to onboarding.Key Responsibilities:Manage all operational steps involved in the selection process, including scheduling interviews, negotiating with candidates, and reporting information.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.Evaluate and refine workflows to improve scalability and candidate experience.Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency.Manage large candidate pipelines by prioritizing tasks, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining consistent productivity and quality under high-volume conditions.Maintain accurate and up-to-date spreadsheets, trackers, and operational documentation to ensure data integrity and transparency across all processes.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive business decisions.Experience with workflow optimization and automation.Excellent time management and prioritization skills.Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results in fast-paced environments.
