Position title: International Marketing Support SpecialistCONTRACTOR ROLE/ PEJOTA, 40 hours / week #LI-RemotePlease apply using English resumeAt a time of hypergrowth, LTK is seeking an experienced Marketing Support Specialist to play a key role in executing marketing programs and merchandising campaigns across our key international focus markets: UK, Germany, and Australia, with lighter-touch support for France, Italy, Spain, Ireland, and the Netherlands.This role is ideal for someone with broad marketing knowledge and hands-on experience operationalising campaigns across regions.The role will closely collaborate with global and local teams to ensure high-quality campaign execution, strong reporting, and continuous optimization based on customer behavior and market insights.In this role, your job is to be the guardian of marketing excellence and to ensure the effective and efficient execution of all marketing activity across the International regions.Key ResponsibilitiesEfficiently implement global marketing and merchandising programs for multiple international marketsCollaborate cross-functionally to adapt content and campaigns to regional needs and cultural contextsOwn campaign setup and deployment across email, CRM, and digital channels using platforms like Braze and HubspotTrack and report on performance of marketing activities, including campaign metrics, customer engagement, and channel performanceAnalyze brand and customer data to deliver actionable market insights and recommendationsSupport A/B and multivariate testing initiatives; communicate findings to stakeholdersAssist in creating high-impact visual reports and presentations to share marketing performance with internal teamsHelp coordinate marketing activity timelines and ensure projects stay on trackAssist in social media execution and scheduling, ensuring timely and culturally relevant content across platformsWhat you bring to LTKExcellent English language skills (spoken and written)Broad knowledge of all Marketing channels and programs.Strong operational understanding of marketing systems and tools.Strong attention to detail and a sense of ownership and accountability.Excellent collaborator across multiple regions with a 'can do' attitude.Excellence in executing marketing campaigns within agreed timescales.A mindset focused on seizing opportunities and moving with urgencyDedication to fierce prioritization and operational excellenceAdaptability to a dynamic, fast-moving environmentA growth mindset and openness to feedbackPreferred SkillsWorking knowledge of Braze, Hubspot, and marketing automation toolsAdvanced Excel or Google Sheets (including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data visualization)Previous CRM or marketing operations experienceExperience in paid marketing campaigns (e.g., search, social, display, or programmatic)Experience using analytics tools such as Looker, Google Analytics, or similar platformsFamiliarity with LTK Creator and LTK Shopping apps is a plus#J-*****-Ljbffr
