We're Hiring: Cost Specialist East West Seed is a globally renowned leader in the vegetable seed industry, dedicated to improving the livelihoods of smallholder farmers through high-quality seeds and innovative agricultural solutions.With a rich legacy of over four decades, we have consistently driven agricultural transformation across the globe, empowering farmers to enhance their productivity and profitability.Are you passionate about driving financial excellence, optimizing costs, and making a real impact on business performance?Join us as a Cost Specialist and take the lead in building a world-class cost accounting framework that will shape the future of our operations in Brazil.What You'll DoReporting to the EWBR Finance Manager, you will:Drive digital finance transformation by implementing tools like Microsoft D365 and Power BI.Monitor production design, raw materials, and methods to assess their impact on cost.Lead budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management processes.Develop and execute our tax strategy to ensure compliance and minimize exposure.Why This Role MattersThis is not just about crunching numbers.You'll be a strategic partner to our business leaders, ensuring that costs are managed effectively, resources are optimized, and decisions are backed by solid financial insights.Your work will directly contribute to revenue growth, margin improvement, and long-term business sustainability.? What We're Looking ForDegree in Business, Accounting, or Finance (CPA is a strong plus).5+ years' experience in cost accounting, preferably in manufacturing.Strong expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and cost control.Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, D365, or Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI).Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.A track record of driving process improvements and delivering results.Advanced English
