Data Entry & Personal Assistant (Remote – U.S. Company)About the RoleWe are a U.S.-based company looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy assistant to support our operations.You'll be involved in a variety of tasks, from data entry to coordinating with vendors, helping us keep things running smoothly every day.You must be fluent in English, reliable, and comfortable communicating with U.S.-based contacts by phone and email.ResponsibilitiesPerform accurate and efficient data entrySource businesses and contacts on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and Google.Research company information using corporate databases and organize findings in Google Sheets.Create and maintain structured lists of business owners and potential partners.Post ads on Facebook Marketplace, Facebook Groups, and other platformsOrganize, clean, and maintain spreadsheets and databasesCall vendors to request and follow up on quotes and estimatesConduct online research and compile data as neededAssist with scheduling, follow-ups, and basic administrative supportUse Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) and AI tools (like ChatGPT) for daily tasksSupport with general personal and business assistance when neededRequirementsFluent English (spoken and written)Strong communication skills, including the ability to speak with vendors in EnglishHighly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented (OEL)Tech-savvy, with experience using Google Workspace and online toolsFlexible schedule and reliable internet connectionPreferably with neutral or minimal accentCompensation & GrowthStarting at $4.00 per hourPart-time, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position based on performanceHow to QualifyThis is a hands-on position that requires strong communication and attention to detail.To qualify, you must submit a short audio or video (1–2 minutes) explaining:Why you're the perfect fit for this positionHow your experience and skills make you a great matchOnly applicants who complete this step will be considered.If you're looking for a long-term opportunity with a U.S. company, speak fluent English, and want to grow professionally, we'd love to hear from you.Job Type: Part-timePay: R$***** per hourExpected hours: ******* per weekApplication Question(s):Describe how you would find and contact 10 new business owners in your area using social media and Google.Which tools would you use, and how would you organize the data?Experience:Administrative (Preferred)Language:Fluent in english( Written and Sopken) (Required)
