Basis Consultant

**Responsibilities**:- Providing technical support for SAP systems run on AWS- Responding to customer tickets in a timely manner, owning basis issues to resolution- Proactively identifying the root cause of issues and recommending and implementing solutions- On projects supporting the build and migration of SAP systems on AWS- Liaising with infrastructure, security and other team members to support a customer's requirements- Providing out of hours support cover when scheduled to the support rota**Qualifications**:- Minimum of 5 years SAP basis experience across multiple SAP components- Experience with SAP Basis and NetWeaver Administration.- Hands on experience in supporting customer SAP systems and/or implementing and/or migrating SAP systems preferably to AWS- Experience in SAP Installation, SAP Sizing, SAP Backup and Recovery, SAP Basis Monitoring, SAP Patch Management, Router Configuration, SAP Kernal Administration- Experience in working in multiple customer environments each directly for the customer or as a 3rd party provider- Excellent English language written and oral communication skills- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a global team**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: R$***** - R$***** per hourApplication Question(s):- What is your expected hourly rate?- Are you Brazil Citizen?- What is your working visa status?**Experience**:- AWS (preferred)- SAP (preferred)- Basis Consultant (preferred)- Net Weaver Administration (preferred)
