Language SpecialistJob Title: Language SpecialistAbout the Role:As a seasoned linguist, you will play a pivotal role in refining AI models by evaluating prompts and providing structured feedback.This entails leveraging your linguistic expertise to rate AI-generated outputs for coherence, accuracy, and contextual relevance.Key Responsibilities:Evaluate prompts and responses generated by AI models to ensure linguistic accuracy, coherence, and contextual relevance.Assume the role of a rater by providing detailed feedback on AI outputs, identifying errors, biases, or inconsistencies.Develop high-quality content for training datasets across various domains.Collaborate with cross-functional teams of linguists, data annotators, and AI researchers.Ensure cultural and linguistic nuances are accurately represented in model training.Follow established guidelines while contributing valuable feedback to improve evaluation frameworks.Required Skills & Qualifications:Master's degree (or higher) in Linguistics, Language Studies, Translation, or related field.Strong command of written and spoken language, coupled with excellent grammar and stylistic skills.Experience in content writing, editing, or evaluation is preferred.Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to identify subtle linguistic issues.Interest in AI, natural language processing (NLP), or large language models is an asset.
