Business Analyst / Quality Assurance SpecialistOverview: A collaborative and analytical Business Analyst / Quality Assurance Specialist is required to work in a fast-paced environment supporting the analysis, testing, and delivery of enhancements on our ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and process improvements.Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.Develop and execute test cases and scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.Identify, document, and track defects; work closely with developers to resolve issues efficiently.Required Experience & Skills:To succeed in this role, you will require:Combined business analysis and quality assurance experience with ServiceNow (ITSM / ITOM modules preferred).
Experience using Automated Test Framework (ATF) or other tools for test automation.Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing methodologies, and business analysis best practices.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
