Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist RoleThe role involves overseeing the entire talent acquisition process by implementing operational strategies.This includes scheduling interviews, engaging with candidates, reporting key information, and communicating with internal stakeholders.To excel in this position, one must be able to execute effectively while challenging the status quo, automate repetitive processes, streamline workflows, optimize cross-functional handoffs, reduce service level agreements (SLAs), and enhance candidate experience.Main responsibilities include operational execution, stakeholder communication, data analysis & reporting, process optimization, bandwidth & pipeline management, organization & documentation, compliance & risk management, and adaptability & collaboration.A successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Engineering, Human Resources or a related field, along with 3–6 years of experience in Operations within digital business or Talent Operations.Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards) is required.Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) are necessary for conveying complex information clearly to both candidates and internal stakeholders.
