Join a team that values you.At StaffRight, we connect talented professionals with global opportunities—and we're growing fastWith competitive pay, health insurance, paid time off (including national holidays), and a supportive HR team always in your corner, you'll love building your career with us.We're looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee operations, lead a team of junior property managers, and ensure smooth day-to-day management of residential and / or commercial properties.The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of U.S. property management, proven leadership skills, and the ability to balance tenant relations, administrative efficiency, and team management in a fast-paced environment.This role is open to all candidates in the Philippines and all over Latin America.What You'll Be DoingLead, mentor, and provide guidance to junior on-site property managers, ensuring best practices are followed across the team.Oversee tenant communications, lease renewals, and resolution of escalated tenant issues.Assist in managing leasing activities, including advertising, coordinating with your on-site team for property showings, applicant screening, and drafting lease agreements.Ensure compliance with lease terms, investigate violations, and address tenant disputes professionally.Supervise vendor coordination for maintenance repairs and upgrades, and coordinate with the on-site property manager for larger renovation projects.Collaborate with leadership on property marketing strategies and operational improvements.Oversee properties' financial performance, including drafting budgets, tracking actuals to budget, and dictating strategies to maximize financial outcomes.What We're Looking ForExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsStrong background in U.S. residential and / or commercial property management (required).Previous experience managing or leading a property management team.Proficiency with AppFolio or similar property management software.Available to work in U.S. time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines).Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer.Technical RequirementsComfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor).Own laptop / desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam.Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps).Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages.Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace.Why You'll Love Working HereCompetitive CompensationWe offer a competitive monthly salary of USD 1,*******,500, based on your experience and qualifications.This is a full-time role requiring a 40-hour work week, and we make sure your expertise is valued and your contributions are fairly rewarded.Paid Time Off and Sick LeaveWe believe in work-life balance.Enjoy generous paid time off and sick leave policies, allowing you to recharge, travel, or rest when needed—all while knowing your role is secure.#J-*****-Ljbffr
