Technical Project Manager (Tecnologia & Infraestrutura) Nfq Advisory, Solutions, Outsourcing • Belém, Pará, BrazilOverviewJunte-se à NFQEstamos contratandoA NFQ é uma consultoria global especializada em negócios, tecnologia e operações, com uma visão integrada que cobre toda a cadeia de valor das organizações.Nosso time conta com mais de ***** profissionais, atuando em escritórios nacionais e internacionais.Devido ao nosso crescimento contínuo, buscamos profissionais com alto nível de comprometimento, experiência em ambientes corporativos e regulados, atuação com empresas multinacionais, visão de crescimento profissional e forte capacidade de trabalho em equipe.ResponsibilitiesLiderar projetos de infraestrutura de TI e/ou migrações de ponta a ponta: assessment, planejamento, execução, documentação e encerramento.Coordenar stakeholders técnicos e de negócio em diferentes regiões.Acompanhar riscos, dependências e definir planos de mitigação.Garantir a correta execução de iniciativas de Disaster Recovery (DR) e Continuidade de Negócios.Reportar status, indicadores e avanços dos projetos para os times regionais.Qualifications – Must-HaveGestão de Projetos: experiência comprovada na liderança de projetos de infraestrutura de TI ou migrações.Base técnica sólida: migrações de bancos de dados (MS SQL / SQL Server), infra estrutura core (DNS / DHCP / IPAM – experiência com Infoblox é diferencial), ciclo de vida de sistemas operacionais (Linux e Windows).Conhecimento em Disaster Recovery (DR) e Business Continuity.Qualifications – DesiredExperiência prévia em bancos ou serviços financeiros.Conhecimento em ferramentas de MFT (Control-M, GoAnywhere, IBM Sterling, entre outras).Certificações PMP, Prince2 ou Agile / Scrum.LanguagesInglês avançado (oral e escrito).Espanhol altamente desejável.AvailabilityDisponibilidade para atuar em horário comercial dos EUA.Modelo de trabalho 100% remoto.BenefitsAcesso a certificações oficiais e aulas de idiomas para apoio à carreira internacional.Plano de desenvolvimento de carreira personalizado, com mentoria e crescimento por mérito.Ambiente de trabalho dinâmico e flexível, com iniciativas internas como esportes, viagens e eventos corporativos.Modelo de contratação CLT, incluindo plano de saúde e odontológico, seguro de vida, vale-refeição e vale-transporte.#J-*****-Ljbffr
