Job Title: Senior Backend Developer – Google Ads APICompany: ad Mixt (e Commerce Performance Marketing Agency)Location: RemoteDescription:ad Mixt is hiring a Senior Backend Developer with deep, hands-on experience integrating Google Ads API.This is a senior-level role for someone who has spent years working directly with Google Ads and e Commerce systems to build robust, scalable backend advertising solutions.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain API integrations with Google AdsWork with related APIs such as Shopify, Google Analytics, and attribution platformsBuild data pipelines that enable reporting, attribution, and optimization across channelsCollaborate with analysts and media buyers to turn business needs into backend systemsWrite clean, well-documented, maintainable code and implement error handling and loggingMaintain and optimize legacy PHP systems, with potential to expand into other technologiesRequirements:Strong experience working with the Google Ads API and similar platformsExpertise in PHP (especially procedural codebases);experience with other backend languages is a plus5+ years backend development experience, ideally with a focus on marketing and analytics integrationsFamiliarity with Shopify, Google Analytics, and e Commerce data flowsAbility to write reliable, efficient API clients and manage authentication/token flowsStrong debugging, documentation, and version control practicesIf you're passionate about connecting data across platforms and building infrastructure that drives high-impact marketing decisions, we'd love to talk.
