Buscamos Sr Mobile Developers con curiosidad, pasión, que quieran crecer, innovar y aprender de las últimas tecnologías para trabajar brindando servicios en un cliente de banca digital que crea soluciones financieras y se encuentra en pleno crecimiento.Hacemos diferente, tenemos una cultura A.C.T.I.VA y nuestro propósito es ayudarte a elegir el mejor camino para que la rompas.Responsabilidades de un Mobile Developer en redbeeLiderazgo Técnico y Desarrollo del SDK: Liderar el diseño, desarrollo e implementación de un SDK robusto y escalable para aplicaciones React Native, incluyendo definición de arquitectura y funcionalidades clave.Colaboración con Producto: Trabajar con el equipo de producto para traducir requisitos de negocio en funcionalidades técnicas, identificando oportunidades de abstracción y soluciones eficientes.Diseño de Abstracciones y Reutilización de Código: Diseñar abstracciones claras y eficientes que faciliten la integración y mantenimiento del SDK, promoviendo la reutilización entre SDK web y React Native.Documentación y Soporte: Generar documentación técnica completa, incluyendo guías y ejemplos, y brindar soporte a otros desarrolladores.Calidad y Rendimiento: Garantizar calidad, rendimiento y estabilidad mediante pruebas y revisiones de código.Mantenerse Actualizado: Investigar y aplicar tendencias y tecnologías en React Native para mantener el SDK a la vanguardia.
¿Qué esperamos de vos?
Experiencia Sólida en React Native: Mínimo 5 años en desarrollo de aplicaciones móviles con React Native, con profundo conocimiento del framework.Conocimiento de Patrones de Diseño: Capacidad para identificar y aplicar patrones que promuevan modularidad, escalabilidad y facilidad de mantenimiento.Control de Versiones: Experiencia con Git u otros sistemas de control de versiones.Habilidades de Comunicación: Excelentes habilidades para interactuar y documentar.Proactividad y Autonomía: Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma, tomar decisiones técnicas y liderar proyectos.Además, es un plus si tienes experiencia con metodologías ágiles (Scrum/Kanban), plataformas nativas (iOS/Android), procesos CI/CD, o participación en proyectos open source.
