Field Service RepresentativeJoin our team at S&C Electric Company, a 100% employee-owned company, to maintain and repair critical utility electrical equipment.Location: Bethlehem, PAShift & Hours1st shift: 8:00 am–5:00 pm (Mon–Fri).Overtime available.ResponsibilitiesPerform emergency repairs, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting of substation equipment.Modify and upgrade products; supervise startup assistance and installations.Interpret mechanical and electrical drawings and maintain documentation.Use hand and specialty tools on de-energized, grounded equipment.Follow OSHA and industry safety practices, including Lock-Out Tag-Out and extensive PPE.Travel up to 60% of the time, with weekends and holidays as needed.RequirementsAssociate degree preferred or equivalent technical experience.Minimum age 21 with a valid driver's license.Mechanical skills and ability to read mechanical drawings.Electrical drawing interpretation and computer skills.Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.Preferred: 2+ years experience in mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, or maintenance of utility equipment.Electrical substation maintenance and construction experience preferred.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base pay of $57,000–$71,000 per year plus annual short-term incentive bonus and other incentives.Health, dental, vision, 401(k), and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).Tuition reimbursement, fitness reimbursement, paid leave, and dependent care FSA.Annual bonus for individual and company performance.Paid vacation and 15 paid holidays, including shutdowns.Referral bonus program and PPE provided.Employment TypeFull-time, other job function.EEO StatementS&C Electric is an equal-opportunity employer.All employees and applicants will be considered without regard to age, color, disability, gender, national origin, race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, protected veteran status, or any other classification protected by federal, state, or local law.#J-*****-Ljbffr
