Position: Financial AnalystLocation:Santo Amaro, São Paulo/SPDepartment:FinanceReports to:Chief Financial Officer (CFO)Overview:The Financial Analyst is a key member of the Finance team, responsible for delivering strategic financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting to support business decisions.This role also involves managing financial systems, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and driving process improvements across multiple regions.Primary Purpose of Role:Provide financial controlling and analysis, including revenue, cost, and expense projections, cash flow forecasting, insurance oversight, and accounting/tax support for Argentina and Colombia.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and managebudgeting (BGT)andforecasting (FCST)for revenue, costs, and expenses.Develop and maintaincash flow reports.Overseecredit managementandbilling process control.Manageinsurance coveragefor South America.Supportvehicle controland related processes in South America.HandleArgentina accounting vendor financial processes.ControlColombia invoices and expenses.SupportBrazil invoices and ARIBA accounting processes.Document and follow up on meetings with clear action items.Test financial systems and prepare documentation.Develop and deliver training materials; participate in training sessions.Present themonthly closing packageto stakeholders.Qualifications:Strong proficiencyinExcel(VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Tables, etc.).Excellentwrittenandverbalcommunication skills.Solid understanding ofaccounting principles,budgeting processes, andfinancial forecasting.Experience withERP systems(SAP preferred).Familiarity withfinancial softwareanddatabase applications.Advanced knowledge ofMicrosoft Office Suite.Stronganalyticalandproblem-solvingskills.Ability toinfluenceandcollaboratewithexecutive leadership.Experience:Bachelor's degree inFinance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum5 years of experiencein budgeting and forecasting.Fluency inEnglishandSpanish(Portunhol is accepted).-MANDATORYAbility tomanage multiple prioritiesunder strict deadlines.Highlyorganized, detail-oriented, andproactivein improving processes.Key Performance Indicators:Accurate and timely process documentation.Effective meeting minutes and action tracking.Project management and control reporting.Successful system testing and documentation.Competencies and Behaviors:The highest standards in everything we do:Acts with honesty and transparency, surfacing issues and solutions to senior management.Drive a positive customer experience:Gains the trust of others through active engagement.Improve the way the world works:Seeks out the opportunity to work on unfamiliar things and innovate.Leveraging the power of teamwork:Is seen as a team player and cooperates with others within and outside own functional area and puts personal interests aside to achieve goalsSteps up to either lead or participate in matrix teams to achieve work outcomesScope Factors:Respond directly to internal and external directorsRespond to all emergencies simultaneously
