About This Opportunity:
Todo is a company that believes that good experiences are what differentiates ordinary companies from extraordinary ones.
In this sense, the UX Specialist is primarily responsible for the user experience in their product area.
Your role is to guide the team to what needs to be done in the product and confirm what has value for the customer.
In other words, the product designer is responsible for defining the requirements of our product through a lot of research and development
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensuring the quality of the user experience, including the impact, consistency, ease of use, and beauty of the final product;
- Partner with the Product Manager and work together on the Product Discovery process;
- Design and help build an amazing UX for our different products;
- Prototype and constantly validate ideas in the real world;
- Conduct user research and testing;
- Create or facilitate the creation of visual interfaces (UI).
Qualifications:
- Time of experience: 3+ years;
- Have a deep understanding of UI.
We believe that products should be beautiful;
- Have knowledge and experience with UX and Design Thinking tools;
- Have experience with tools to monitor user behavior and use of the platform.
