Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Marketing Project Manager (Full-Time, Remote) to oversee the successful execution of marketing campaigns and project deliverables from start to finish.In this role, you will manage project timelines, resources, and workflows while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery.You will collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and operations teams to align execution with business goals, optimize strategies, and proactively address risks or constraints to maintain quality and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end marketing projects and campaign executionBuild and maintain timelines, milestones, and deliverablesCoordinate cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, operations, etc.)Ensure project scope, quality, and deadlines are met consistentlyIdentify risks, remove blockers, and adjust plans as neededSupport process optimization to improve efficiency and outcomesMaintain strong stakeholder communication and satisfactionWork ScheduleMonday to Friday8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (EST)Full-time, remote positionCompany DescriptionWe are a systematic, data-driven investor acquisition agency specializing in integrated marketing for industries such as asset management, capital raising, real estate, and customer acquisition.Our approach combines data science, strategic creative, and programmatic media to deliver measurable performance.By blending compelling storytelling with custom audience-driven media strategies, we design compliant, high-impact campaigns that optimize both messaging and media execution.We leverage cutting-edge technology and analytical insights to transform how businesses acquire investors and grow.At our core, we are committed to delivering innovative and optimized solutions tailored to client goals.RequirementsStrong communication and organizational skills to coordinate teams and stakeholdersProven project management experience (planning, execution, delivery within deadlines)Experience in resource management to ensure project efficiencyUnderstanding of marketing principles and best practicesAbility to work independently and remotely while meeting milestonesFamiliarity with project management tools (preferably Asana)Marketing operations experience, particularly with Mailchimp, is highly desirableBachelor's degree preferredBenefitsCompensationUSD $1,250 / month for the first 3 monthsUSD $1,500 / month starting from the 4th month onward#J-*****-Ljbffr
