This position will support operations by preparing new hires to be productive and drive standards adoption.
As Learning Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading onboarding and proficiency programs, driving process standardization and process improvement.
You will also perform quality audits and follow up metrics measurement that will drive customer experience and performance improvement within the delivery network.
Candidate must be flexible to work weekends and/or overnight, as neededCandidate must have availability to travel up to 15 % of the timeKey job responsibilities Lead Learning Trainers and Learning Ambassadors.Create and manage operational onboarding programs.Track new hires operational productivity and guarantee learning curve improvementManage peak onboarding plan with main stakeholdersMentor Amazon staff in lean principles and drive adoption of standard work processes into the daily work and habits of the operations.Support network level excellence in six sigma and lean practices through designing and implementing processes, metrics, and the proper usage of systems.Lever from Best at Amazon (BAA) practices to support process improvements, best practice sharing, and standardization of the work routine.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSCompleted Bachelor's DegreeOperations BackgroundExperience leading, teaching and developing people to deliver key organizational goalsExcellent communication skills, ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiencesCross-functional project management experienceExperience using and communicating performance metricsAdvanced Excel and anaytical skillsFluent Portuguese and Intermediate EnglishPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelors' Degree in Engineering, Operations or related field as well as a MBA is a plusExperience with Learning Management Systems and content development.Ability to influence others without having positional authorityCertifications in Six Sigma and Lean are a plusAbility to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situationsAbility to Deep Dive and develop innovative ideas for process challengesExperience with Learning Management Systems and content development, ADDIE and 6D certification Ability to influence others without having positional authorityOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
