By blending deep expertise with localized infrastructure, Dadosfera provides a powerful, efficient tool that optimizes corporate data management and drives data-driven transformation.About the JobAs a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing modern web applications, working across both front-end and back-end to ensure quality, performance, and scalability.
You'll take a lead in architectural decisions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and enhance web applications with a strong focus on quality, performance, and scalability.Implement new features and improve existing ones, ensuring a smooth and intuitive user experience.Collaborate closely with development, design, and product teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.Participate in agile processes (e.g., daily stand-ups, planning, reviews, retrospectives) to ensure alignment and project advancement.Drive continuous improvement in development processes, encouraging best practices and standardization across the team.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in a STEM field.2+ years of experience in front-end web/mobile application development (e.g. React, NextJS, CSS, Tailwind).
