We are seeking a remote, full-time Senior Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of professional full stack software development experience to join our U.K. / U.S. client.You will help build the foundation of the client's back-end and data systems.The role will focus on platform development using Supabase, TypeScript, and modern web frameworks, enabling robust data pipelines, operations automation, and API integrations that support the client's growing applications.Our client is a nature data and intelligence company on a mission to drive large-scale nature recovery.They combine data, science, and technology to help enterprises value and restore nature creating measurable environmental and economic impact.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and extend back-end systems using Supabase, leveraging database, auth, and edge function capabilitiesDevelop and maintain TypeScript-based APIs and integrations that underpin the client's platform and data servicesCollaborate with front-end developers to deliver end-to-end features and performant, user-facing experiencesContribute to the evolution of the client's internal automation tools and data pipeline implementationsWork closely with product, data, and AI teams on new integrations from analytics and forecasting to blockchain-enabled featuresEnsure reliability, performance, and scalability while maintaining lightweight, maintainable systemsRequired ExperienceExcellent English communication skills5+ years of professional experience in full stack or back-end development with strong proficiency in TypeScriptPractical experience with Supabase (preferred) or NextJS, Express, or other TypeScript frameworksSolid understanding of API design, database schema design, and serverless architecture patternsAbility to contribute across the stack from back-end logic and data modeling to key front-end integrationsExperience using AI tooling, such as Cursor and CoPilotExperience working independently in Agile, distributed teamsProven delivery experience in a vibrant, dynamic startup environmentDesired ExperienceFamiliarity with AI or ML integrations at the application levelKnowledge of blockchain, digital asset verification, or sustainability data systemsExperience with data visualization, analytics tools, or geospatial dataAdditional InformationEnjoy a fun, fast-growing entrepreneurial companyBe part of a highly collaborative learning culture, share knowledge, be inclusive, learn, and grow together.Embrace teamworkKnowing your ideas are heard and matter, think bigYou get to own your job and be recognized for your contributionsWork with smart and creative peopleMaking mistakes is human.Let's learn from them.Be transparentWe recognize you as an individual, with no presumptions or judgment.Be the extraordinary you15 days Paid Time Off (PTO), one floating day, three sick days, and designated national holidaysStart: ASAPAbout VelozientWe are a privately held, nearshore software development company providing outsourced development resources to North American companies.Our mission is to offer development talent who enjoy taking on challenging work, want to grow their skills and experiences building software, and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.We are focused on providing world-class remote resources to work as valued team members on client teams.If this type of opportunity excites you, then consider joining our team
