Marketing Operations SpecialistThis specialist is responsible for building, managing, and optimizing automated marketing systems, funnels, and campaigns to drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:Create comprehensive marketing funnels in GoHighLevel, including landing pages, workflows, automations, and email/SMS campaigns for lead nurturing and product launches.Integrate GHL with third-party tools and implement multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, and social platforms.Develop and launch paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and other platforms with proper audience targeting and budget management.Analyze ad performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and provide data-driven optimization recommendations to improve campaign ROI.Requirements:Set up conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics across all marketing platforms and maintain a robust marketing technology stack.Track key marketing metrics and identify optimization opportunities from campaign data.Document marketing processes, SOPs, and system configurations while ensuring data hygiene across all systems.Collaborate with the marketing team to translate strategies into technical execution and coordinate with the creative team on asset specifications.Provide technical guidance to team members on marketing systems and proactively flag performance issues or opportunities to leadership.
