Somos um time em busca de evolução constante e novas formas de transformar o mercado.Resumo: Você será responsável por gestão de pessoas e previsibilidade de entrega do squad, trabalhando lado a lado com o PM e Design.
Responsável também pela liderança técnica do time (padrões, revisão e decisões técnicas táticas), escalando decisões arquiteturais mais amplas quando necessário.
Foco em métricas (OKRs, DORA, SLOs) e impacto de negócio.ResponsabilidadesConduzir rituais (planning, review, retro), realizar 1:1s, dar feedbacks e gerir desempenho.Contratar, onboardar e desenvolver o time (PDI, mentoring, trilhas).
Co-planejar roadmap com PM e desdobrar em OKRs/KPIs e metas claras.Garantir previsibilidade: gestão de escopo, riscos, dependências e comunicação com stakeholders.Liderança técnica do squad: padrões, revisão de código, desenho de soluções, RFCs leves; escalar arquitetura ampla quando necessário.Elevar práticas: testes automatizados, CI/CD, observabilidade e segurança/LGPD.Gestão de incidentes: on-call, runbooks, RCA e follow-ups.Acompanhar e melhorar DORA (lead time, deployment frequency, change failure rate, MTTR) e SLO/SLI.FinOps básico: visibilidade e otimização de custos de nuvem.Promover cultura AI-First (automação, copilots) com responsabilidade.EscolaridadeFormação superior em Computação/Engenharia/Sistemas ou experiência equivalente.Experiência6+ anos em engenharia de software (backend/fullstack) em sistemas complexos.3+ anos liderando times/squads com gestão de pessoas e desempenho.Ter atuado em alguns desses mercados (Creator Economy / Pagamentos / Growth) (desejável).
Competências TécnicasStack: .
NET Core, C#, Angular, MySQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS.Boas práticas: arquitetura modular, testes, CI/CD, observabilidade (logs/métricas/traces), segurança (LGPD, OWASP, gestão de segredos).
