Senior Director of Tissue Operations - Detalhes da Vaga. ? This role may require management of contract employees and involves developing and fostering relationships with Apheresis, Cell Lab, and Treatment Centre Staff for assigned regions. ? Key Responsibilities Establish partnerships with Clinical and Commercial CAR-T teams to develop the apheresis collection footprint in support of clinical trial site plans. ? Coordinate onboarding activities for collection sites and ensure they are prepared to perform collections within required timelines. ? Perform technical site assessments, train collection centre staff, and attend site audits as necessary. ? Provide Quality Systems support by participating in deviation activities and impact/investigation assessments for cell collection centres. ? Work with internal teams and stakeholders to monitor and assess vendor performance and capacity after site launch. ? Manage process changes at assigned sites, collect VOC (voice of customer) and VOB (voice of business) feedback, and represent the department on cross-functional project teams. ?
