Key Operations Leadership RoleAbout the Position:We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to spearhead and optimize operations for an expanding project in Brazil.This is a hands-on leadership position where you will develop and scale operational processes while ensuring exceptional service delivery.Primary Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations across multiple departments including customer support, payments, and platform managementCreate and implement operational strategies, policies, and proceduresMonitor performance metrics to drive continuous improvementEnsure compliance with local regulations and industry standardsNegotiate vendor relationships and third-party service providersLead cross-functional teams and foster a high-performance cultureIDentify operational risks and develop mitigation strategiesCoordinate with product and tech teams to optimize platform efficiencyDrive operational efficiency and cost optimization initiativesRequirements:Minimum 4 years of operations management experience in the iGaming industryDeep understanding of sports betting, casino operations, and online gaming platformsProven track record of scaling operations in fast-growing environmentsStrong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision makingFluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)French language skills are a strong advantageExperience with payment processing, fraud prevention, and responsible gamingExcellent leadership and stakeholder management abilitiesBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
