Job Title:Workday Certified Project Manager / Business AnalystLocation:Brazil (Domestic or Nearshore)Experience:5+ yearsRequirement:Must beWorkday CertifiedAvailability:ImmediateRole Overview:We are seeking an experiencedWorkday Certified Project Manager / Business Analystto supportproduction support and enhancement initiatives.The ideal candidate will have strong project coordination, business analysis, and Workday configuration expertise.Key Responsibilities:Lead and coordinaterelease work,Agile ceremonies, andprioritization stand-ups.Prepareproject presentations,resource plans, andschedules.Performbusiness analysis: gather, document, and validate business requirements and functional designs.Conductdata analysisand translate findings into actionable insights.Act as aWorkday Configuration Subject Matter Expert (SME)to support production and enhancement needs.Required Skills & Qualifications:Workday Certificationismandatory.Minimum5+ yearsof relevant experience in Workday environments.Proven track record inproject managementandbusiness analysiswithin HR or ERP systems.Strong understanding ofWorkday configuration, modules, and functional workflows.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.Experience working inAgile/Scrumenvironments preferred.
