College Sports Social Media EditorWe are seeking a highly skilled and passionate College Sports social media editor to manage our College Sports social pages across multiple platforms.This is a challenging role that requires the ability to create engaging content, build strong relationships with fans, and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in College Sports.The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating content for all of our College Sports social media brands, including writing creative captions and coming up with innovative photo poster/video highlight ideas.Built monthly engagement/reach across our College Sports social pages by identifying relevant and timely College Sports information and using it to inform content decisions.Able to work at least 40 hours a week max and have weekend/night availability, especially on gamedays.Familiarity with Photoshop to cover breaking news is required.Sports fan with expertise on the College Sports and native/bilingual proficiency in English are essential qualities for this position.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy for our College Sports social media brands.Create high-quality content, including written posts, photos, videos, and graphics, that engages our audience and builds brand awareness.Maintain quality control of all posts and campaigns to ensure consistency and accuracy.Build and maintain relationships with College Sports stakeholders, including coaches, players, and administrators.Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in College Sports, including scores, stats, and news.Required Skills and Qualifications:Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field.3+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.Proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.Familiarity with Photoshop and video editing software.Excellent communication and project management skills.
