Are you our new Calibration Lab Technician with Maersk H2S Safety Services in Brazil?Key ResponsibilitiesExecute calibration, functional tests, and adjustments on portable and fixed gas detectors.Carry out Zero and Span adjustment procedures using certified and traceable standard gases.Issue calibration certificates in accordance with ISO/IEC ***** requirements and applicable regulatory standards.Ensure metrological traceability of results and maintain complete records of services performed.Ensure the organization of the laboratory and suggest improvements in the process.Follow the laboratory's calibration methods and procedures.Periodically check the validity and integrity of reference standards.Prepare technical reports and support internal and external audits.Comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the calibration process.We are looking forTechnical education in Instrumentation, Electrotechnics, Mechatronics and related areas.Previous experience in calibration and maintenance of gas detectors.Knowledge of metrology, traceability, and uncertainty assessment.Familiarity with ISO/IEC ***** standards and Cgcre/Inmetro procedures.Ability to interpret technical manuals and manufacturer specifications.Proficiency in technical documentation and issuance of calibration certificates.SkillsAttention to detail and focus on accuracy.Organization for deadline control and documentation.Good communication for interaction with clients and support for audits.Teamwork and adaptability to different types of sensors and environments.DesiredExperience in an accredited ISO/IEC ***** laboratory.Courses or certifications in the field of industrial instrumentation and metrology.Knowledge in the calibration of other instruments (pressure, temperature, etc.).Technical English skillsResponsabilidadesExecutar calibração, testes funcionais e ajustes em detectores de gás portáteis e fixos.Realizar procedimentos de ajuste de Zero e Span, utilizando gases padrões certificados e rastreáveis.Lançar certificados de calibração conforme requisitos da ISO/IEC ***** e normas regulatórias aplicáveis.Garantir rastreabilidade metrológica dos resultados e manter registros completos dos serviços realizados.Garantir a organização do laboratório e indicar melhorias no processo.Seguir o método de calibração e procedimentos do laboratório.Verificar periodicamente a validade e integridade dos padrões de referência.Elaborar relatórios técnicos e apoiar auditorias internas e externas.Cumprir normas de saúde, segurança e meio ambiente durante todo o processo de calibraçãoRequisitosFormação técnica em Instrumentação, Eletrotécnica, Mecatrônica ou áreas correlatas.Experiência prévia em calibração e manutenção de detectores de gases.Conhecimento de metrologia, rastreabilidade e avaliação de incerteza.Familiaridade com normas ISO/IEC ***** e procedimentos da Cgcre/Inmetro.Habilidade para interpretar manuais técnicos e especificações de fabricantes.Domínio em documentação técnica e emissão de certificados de calibração.HabilidadesAtenção aos detalhes e foco em precisão.Organização para controle de prazos e documentação.Boa comunicação, para interação com clientes e suporte a auditorias.Trabalho em equipe e adaptabilidade a diferentes tipos de sensores e ambientes.DesejadoExperiência em laboratório acreditado ISO/IEC *****.Cursos ou certificações na área de instrumentação industrial e metrologia.Conhecimento em calibração de outros instrumentos (pressão, temperatura, etc.).Inglês técnico.
