**DESCRIPTION**:Responsible for the complete management of warehouse processes (Inbound or Outbound) in a specific shift or multiple shifts.Main Responsibilities:- Lead a team of Area Managers and associates in operations- Ensure safety, quality, and operation performance- Achieve and exceed operational goals- Develop strategic planning and forecasts- Mentoring and team development- Implement process improvementsManagement:- Reports to the Senior Process Manager- Lead Area team/Team Managers- Manages approximately 300 direct/indirect employees with variations depending on the period- Interface with support areas (HR, Finance, Facilities, Security, IT)Additional Requirements:- Willingness to work on a 3x2 scale (3 working days with 3 days off, 2 working days with 2 days off)- 12-hour shifts (day shift: 06:00 to 18:00 or night shift: 18:00 to 05:00)- Willingness to work on weekends- Capacity to lift up to 22kg- Walking long distances in the warehouse- Stay standing for up to 12 hours- Adapt to different environmental conditions- Access all areas of the building (stairs, sailor-type stairs)**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays- Employee and performance management experience- Advanced English skills**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:- Performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
