As a Talent Acquisition Expert, you will play a pivotal role in end-to-end recruitment for a major pharmaceutical company.About the RoleThis is a vital link between hiring managers and talent acquisition teams, where you will collaborate with key stakeholders to source mission-critical talent from junior to director levels.Your key responsibilities will include:Partnering with hiring managers to develop strategic workforce planning initiativesSourcing top talent across various levels, from entry-level positions to senior leadership rolesBuilding strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholdersYou will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach to onboarding new hires.
