Healthcare Recruiter Full Spectrum Search Group•Cabo, Pernambuco, BrazilAbout the Company Full Spectrum Search Group is a U.S.-based executive search firm specializing in leadership recruiting within senior living, skilled nursing, home health, and hospice.About the RoleWe are hiring an Appointment Setter based in São Paulo, Brazil to support our U.S. recruiting and business development efforts.This role works directly with executives and decision-makers in the United States.Fluent, professional English (spoken and written) is required.Prior experience working with U.S.-based companies or clients is also required.This role will start off as an appointment setter to learn our industry, with a growth path into a full desk recruiter.ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound phone calls to U.S.-based executives and decision-makersSet qualified meetings for senior sales and recruiting leadersDeliver outreach through phone, email, SMS, and digital channelsFollow structured call scripts and messaging frameworksWork closely with leadership to refine outreach strategy and improve conversion ratesMaintain accurate notes and activity tracking in the CRMConsistently meet or exceed appointment-setting and conversion targetsPrioritize daily activities based on business needs and active searchesQualificationsFluent or near-native English required, with a professional speaking voiceDemonstrated experience working with U.S.-based companies, clients, or teamsPrior experience in appointment setting, sales development, recruiting support, or outbound calling preferredComfortable speaking with senior executives over the phoneStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work independently in a remote, performance-driven environmentExperience with CRM systems is a plus (training provided if needed)Required SkillsStrong phone presence and confidence in live conversationsExcellent listening skills and attention to detailProfessional, positive, and resilient mindsetAbility to build rapport quickly with U.S. executivesSelf-motivated and competitive, with a desire to improve performanceComfortable following scripts while adapting naturally in conversationReliable internet connection and quiet work environmentPreferred SkillsExperience with CRM systemsPay range and compensation packageCompetitive compensation aligned to Brazilian market standards.Performance-based incentives available based on meeting and conversion metrics.Equal Opportunity StatementFull Spectrum is an equal opportunity search firm.We recruit candidates without regard to race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, medical condition, marital status, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic under local, state or federal law.#J-*****-Ljbffr
