About NIIT At NIIT, we're transforming the way the world learns, for the better.That's why the world's best-run learning functions across 30 countries trust us with their learning and talent.Since ****, we have helped leading companies transform their learning ecosystems while increasing the business value of learning.Our comprehensive, high-impact managed learning solutions weave together the best of learning theory, technology, operations, and services to enable a thriving workforce.Link to our LinkedIn Page -Link to our website -Job Title: Senior Training Coordinator (SuccessFactors)Job Overview:We are seeking an LMS Analyst with basic experience in SAP SuccessFactors to support our LMS team in optimizing our human resource processes.The ideal candidate will assist with system configuration, data management, and reporting, contributing to the overall effectiveness of our LMS operations.Key Responsibilities:· Assist in the administration and configuration of SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Learning Management.· Have a Consultative approach towards LMS Management by providing improvement ideas and suggestions· Support data entry, data management, and data integrity within the SuccessFactors system.· Generate standard and ad-hoc reports to analyze LMS metrics and support decision-making.· Collaborate with LMS team members to streamline processes and improve user experience within the system.· Participate in user training sessions and provide support to end-users as needed.· Help troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT or SuccessFactors support for resolution.Qualifications:· Basic understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, with experience in one or more modules preferred.· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.· Familiarity with LMS processes and practices is a plus.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Education:· Bachelor's degree in any stream, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.Experience:· Previous experience in LMS or LMSIS support is a plus, but not required.Work Environment:· This position may be remote or in-office, depending on company policy.Additional Information:· Opportunities for training and professional development in SuccessFactors and other LMS technologies.This description provides a foundational understanding of what might be expected from someone with basic SuccessFactors experience in an LMS role.NIIT is an equal opportunity employer.We evaluate qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.*
