A Amazon está buscando Gerente de Operações I para seu Centro de Distribuição em Cajamar/SP.
Essa posição de liderança se concentrará em gerenciar um de nossos turnos nos quesitos de segurança da equipe, qualidade e produtividade da operação e desenvolvimento da equipe de linha de frente sob sua gestão, a fim de proporcionar a melhor experiência para o cliente e em entregar indicadores acima das metas.
Essa posição segue modelo de trabalho em turnos (3x2).
Necessário disponibilidade para trabalhar em finais de semanas, feriados e/ou horários noturnos.
Key job responsibilities
Como gerente de operações de Inbound você será responsável por gerenciar a linha de frente de um dos turnos da escala 3x2 no novo centro de distribuição da Amazon em Cajamar, SP.
Seu objetivo será garantir recursos para que essas atividades sejam realizadas e encantem nossos clientes.
Além de contribuir diretamente no desenvolvimento direto de uma equipe dos líderes operacionais, assistentes de processo e associados.
Para que esses obejtivos sejam alcaçados isso implica que pessoas devem estar no local correto, rotinas devem ser cumpridas, produtividade alcançada, treinamentos realizados e problemas resolvidos de forma definitiva.
A day in the life
- Supervisão de Linha de Frente: apoiar, orientar e motivar sua equipe que varia entre associados, assistentes de processo e líderes operacionais;
- Monitoramento de métricas operacionais de segurança, qualidade e produtividade;
- Promover cultura de segurança dentro do time;
- Garantir adesão ao plano de capacidade de processamento;
- Melhoria/revisão de processos operacionais com objetivo de garantir adesão aos padrões operacionais;
- Colaborar com equipes de suporte, incluindo Segurança do Trabalho, Prevenção de Perdas e Recursos Humanos;
- Trabalhar em um ambiente onde o nível de ruído varia e o trabalho é realizado no campo (operação);
- Trabalhar em horário flexível (finais de semana e/ou turnos noturnos).
About the team
Essa equipe é dividida em turnos, composto por gerentes de área, líderes de operações, analistas e uma equipe de auxiliares de logística.
Todos os quais fazem parte do turno pelo qual este gerente estará responsável.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Ensino superior completo
- Experiência em operações de manufatura e/ou logística
- Experiência em gestão de times de operação
- Excel intermediário
- Disponibilidade de horário (escala 3x2, finais de semana e feriado)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experiência com uma força de trabalho contingente durante as épocas de pico;
- Inglês intermediário (para utilização verbal e escrita) e Português fluente.
