Our organization is seeking a skilled Language Quality Specialist to join our team.This role involves evaluating AI system outputs across various modalities, including text, images, videos, and multimodal interactions.The ideal candidate will assess the quality of these outputs against specific project criteria such as correctness, coherence, completeness, style, cultural sensitivity, and safety.Key Skills for this position include:Critical reading, observational, and evaluative skills.Nuanced judgments with precision and clarity.Excellent English comprehension (CEFR B2 or above).Familiarity with large language models, generative AI, and multimodal systems.Domain expertise in linguistics, communication, or a related field.Responsibilities:Evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, coherence, and style.Identify and report biases, hallucinations, or errors in AI responses.Collaborate with developers to improve AI model performance and user experience.Requirements:Master's degree in Linguistics, Communication, or a related field.3+ years of experience in language evaluation, linguistics, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
