**Job Description Summary**: Responsible for facilitating transactions, producing, assembling and delivering replacement/ repair parts and equipment as part of a Services agreement or order.
Includes activities such as processing transactions, managing processes, material management, site operations, or warehouse logistics & shipping, sometimes in a shop structure.
Includes craft & non craft labour as well as manager roles responsible solely for these activities.
Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution.
The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures.
Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance.

- Responsável pela coordenação diária das questões de atendimento relacionadas aos contratos de prestação de serviços, tempo e material, reparo de componentes e lojas de acessórios.
Trabalhar de perto com a loja para solucionar problemas, representar clientes em reuniões de produção e comunicar status ao cliente.
Analisar opções de negócios para impactos no lucro, para cumprimento de contratos, políticas e procedimentos e para formas inovadoras de alcançar a satisfação do cliente.
Completar documentação interna e do cliente.
Coordenar análises de loja e/ou programa e visitas a clientes no local, conforme necessário.
- Desenvolvimento de um conhecimento aprofundado de uma disciplina técnica.Utiliza experiência anterior e conhecimentos especializados técnicos adquiridos para executar políticas/estratégias.
- Compreensão aprofundada dos principais fatores de negócios; usa esse entendimento para realizar seu próprio trabalho.Compreensão aprofundada de como o trabalho da própria equipe se integra a outras equipes e contribui para a área.
- Usa algum nível de julgamento e tem capacidade de propor soluções diferentes fora dos parâmetros definidos, mas com orientação.Utiliza experiência prévia e treinamento no trabalho para resolver tarefas simples.Tem acesso a habilidades técnicas e o pensamento analítico necessários para resolver problemas.Pode usar várias fontes internas fora da própria equipe para tomar decisões.
- É provável que um trabalho nesse nível seja um colaborador individual com competências interpessoais comprovadas ou um líder inicial que possa contratar e desenvolver talentos.Fornece orientação informal para novos membros da equipe
**Qualificações requeridas**
- Ensino Superior Completo.
- Ingles Fluente
- Conhecimento em Operações do Shop
- Fortes habilidades em execução de tarefas e Conhecimentos de Motores
