Let's get in touch.What You'll Be DoingRecruiting exceptional A-Players to join Revolut's rapidly growing teamsCollaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profileDeveloping and refining interview processes that enhance our assessment quality and optimise candidate experienceBeing a trusted talent acquisition advisor with a solid understanding of the talent poolFacilitating a pipeline of qualified candidates for future needsScreening CVs and interviewing prospective candidates, promoting Revolut as an employer of choiceDriving the offer process and closing candidatesConsistently ensuring a fantastic candidate experienceBeing a subject-matter expert in your specialist marketImplementing modern sourcing/recruiting methodsWhat You'll Need2+ years of experience as a recruiter (seniority will be based on your experience)A proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic, high-growth environment, meeting ambitious timelines and KPIsExperience collaborating with senior stakeholders and hiring managersBusiness acumen with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new domains, supporting cross-functional recruitment effortsSolid organisational, multi-tasking, and time-management skillsFamiliarity with ATS and recruitment analytics toolsStrong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detailHigh ambition, self-motivation, and passion about our visionExceptional communication skills, both verbal and writtenFluency in EnglishNice to haveExperience in a recruitment agency, hyper-growth start-up, and/or fintechFluency in other languagesBuilding a global financial super app isn't enough.
