Senior Senior Frontend EngineerModality: Hybrid 2 days at home 3 on site Schedule: (40 hours/week) 3 different options:10 AM – 6 PM Colombia Time11 AM – 7 PM Colombia Time9 AM – 5 PM Colombia TimeProcesses terabytes of data and billions of events daily.Builds high-performance web applications and services using React, Node, and Go Lang.Manages infrastructure with Kubernetes on AWS EC2.Powers advanced AI-driven insights, audience segmentation, and real-time data processing for Ad Tech, Mar Tech, and beyond.What You'll DoBuild, deploy, and maintain responsive, production-ready web apps using React, Tailwind, and modern frontend technologies.Own features from architecture to deployment, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.Troubleshoot issues across both frontend and backend components.Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.Understand data flow, integrations, and interactions with services and databases.Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical team members.Stay current with frontend and full-stack trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.What You'll Need5+ years of professional frontend development experience.Team lead experienceExpert-level knowledge in React.js, Java Script, and modern web frameworks.Strong skills in HTML, CSS, Tailwind, and UI/UX best practices.Experience with backend components, including APIs and data architecture.Proven ability to manage and execute deployment processes.Solid understanding of data flows and database interactions.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently in Agile environments.Bonus: Experience with Node.js, AWS, and Kubernetes.Who You AreYou are:A strategic thinker and strong coder.Skilled at troubleshooting across the stack.An effective communicator.Someone who takes ownership of end-to-end delivery.Thriving in fast-paced environments.Passionate about delivering scalable, user-centric solutions.
