As a key contributor to our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless workflows between departments while continuously learning the business and adhering to standardized procedures.This opportunity is ideal for individuals starting their career in Human Resources, with operational and administrative tasks, data entry, and handling routine employee inquiries.Key Responsibilities:Enter and update employee information in SAP, HCM systemsSupport employees with queries using various contact methodsPrepare and distribute HR documentsProvide administrative assistance for HR projectsRequired Qualifications:At least 1+ year of experience in HR or administrative rolesStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data entryFluent English and Portuguese (spoken and written)Excellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to follow procedures and manage tasks in a high volume environmentProficiency in HRIS systems, case management tools, and Microsoft Office SuitePreferred Qualifications:Experience in HR Shared Services or related HR functionFamiliarity with Latin American labor laws and HR compliance standards
