Description Our Client is one of the United States' largest insurers, providing a wide range of insurance and financial services products with gross written premium well over US$25 Billion (P&C).They proudly serve more than 10 million U.S. households with more than 19 million individual policies across all 50 states through the efforts of over 48,000 exclusive and independent agents and nearly 18,500 employees.Finally, our Client is part of one the largest Insurance Groups in the world.Location: Brazil/Mexico – Working Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST)What You'll Do:Production Support : Troubleshooting issues on Comparative Rater vendor platforms and Download to maintain seamless operations.Collaboration : Working closely with Distribution Teams, IT, and external vendors to align on solutions and improvements.Enhancements & Development : Driving service enhancements and supporting the launch of new products on the Comparative Rater and Download platform.Download Services : Facilitating the delivery of policy transaction details to agents via their agency management systems, enabling effective customer service.RequirementsExperience:· 3 years of experience.Skills:· Proficiency in English (Interview'll be in English)· Bachelor's degree Business Administration.· Excel – Intermediate· Office Suite - Intermediate· Power BI - Entry Level· Project Management Tools - Entry Level· Insurance Knowledge - PreferredBenefits1.
