- Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Processing of supplier (and internal) invoices, review, obtain information;
- Updating payment information, account assignment, purchase orders;
- Inducing quantity and price corrections;
- Monitoring payments and clearing open items;
- Close communication with accounting and order management;
- Asset accounting;
- Reporting of accruals for Year-end closing;
- Updating of accruals;
- Providing information on demand of auditors;
- Management of IT contracts;
- Monitoring of IT contracts in terms of expiration, duration, validity;
- Your skills & strengths:
- Bachelor in Economics, Administration, Accounting or Commercial job training;
- Fluent German and English;
- Understanding of business-relevant processes in purchasing and accounting;
- Knowledge of (IT) accounting;
- Very good knowledge of SAP - especially MM, FI, FI-AA;
- Good knowledge of Office365 - especially Excel;
- Precise and analytical approach;
- Independent working style, strong communication skills;
