Our Team Needs a Technical VisionaryWe are looking for an experienced Lead Engineer to oversee the development and maintenance of our classic C# desktop applications.The successful candidate will lead release management, escalate handling for enterprise customers, conduct performance reviews, and mentor engineers.This role combines technical leadership with team mentorship, requiring strong collaboration skills and experience working in distributed teams across multiple time zones.The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of Windows desktop development experience with C#/.NET, as well as 3+ years of experience building Microsoft Office integrations.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations and coordinate work across distributed teamsLead release management and escalation handling for enterprise customersConduct performance reviews, career development, and team capacity planningMentor engineers and provide coaching for professional growthParticipate in recruiting and hiring for desktop development and enterprise integration rolesCollaborate with product management to refine requirements and prioritize workFacilitate technical discussions, architecture decisions, and cross-team collaborationRequired Skills and QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field7+ Years of Windows desktop development experience with C#/.NET3+ Years of experience building Microsoft Office integrations3+ Years of experience working with enterprise authentication systemsCloud integration experience (Azure preferred, AWS acceptable)Office 365 / Microsoft 365 add-in developmentEnterprise security implementationsBenefitsWe offer a competitive USD salary, 100% remote work with access to coworking spaces, paid time off according to country regulations, full salary included, national holidays celebrated, sick leave for health focus without stress, refundable annual credit for work-life balance enhancements, team-building activities, and birthday day off for celebration.This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of technology with us, combining technical leadership with team mentorship and driving innovation in the industry.
