*** THIS IS A 100% ON-SITE POSITION IN SERRA (ESPIRITO SANTO)***ABOUT PBAPBA Stones has built a strong reputation in the ornamental stone market by supplying strategic, high-quality materials, carefully selected and delivered on demand.Our business approach combines commercial excellence, outstanding customer service, and strict quality standards.Our team is composed of qualified, ethical, and reliable professionals committed to results, ensuring on-time delivery, trust-based relationships, and long-term partnerships with clients in Brazil and abroad.These pillars make PBA Stones a benchmark of reliability within the industry.JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the company's commercial strategy, developing the sales team, and driving sustainable revenue growth, with a strong focus on both domestic and international markets.Lead, develop, and engage the sales team, fostering a high-performance, results-driven culture;Define and execute the commercial strategy aligned with the company's growth and positioning goals;Manage sales targets, performance indicators (KPIs), forecasts, and profitability;Monitor and optimize the sales pipeline to ensure predictability and efficiency;Act directly in strategic negotiations and key accounts, especially in international markets;Strengthen relationships with clients, distributors, and commercial partners;Work closely with Foreign Trade, Logistics, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure an excellent customer experience;Analyze market trends, competition, and expansion opportunities;Continuously improve commercial processes and sales approaches.REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields;At least 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role (Sales Manager or Sales Supervisor);Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets;Experience leading high-performance sales teams;Fluent English (mandatory due to international customer interaction);Strong skills in negotiation, commercial planning, and KPI-driven management;Analytical, strategic, and results-oriented mindset;Ability to perform frequent national and international business trips;Availability to work on-site in Serra, Espírito Santo, Brazil.NICE TO HAVEExperience in the ornamental stone, mining, or construction materials sector;Background in international sales and exports;Experience with CRM tools and consultative sales methodologies;Previous experience in companies with domestic and international operations.WHAT WE OFFERAttractive compensation package with performance-based variable pay;Strategic role with direct impact on the company's growth;Professional, ethical, and collaborative work environment;Opportunities for professional development and career growth.
