Job RoleWe are seeking a skilled Data Optimization Lead to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for creating a data-connected ecosystem that integrates various data sources to provide comprehensive insights for trade promotion optimization.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate a data-driven architecture that aligns with business goals and technical constraints.Establish and promote best practices for data management, analytics, and trade promotion strategies.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Translate functional and non-functional requirements into a cohesive data-driven architecture.Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on the use of data analytics tools and platforms.RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, Snowflake, Power BI).Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and Governance.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.Understanding of trade promotion strategies, consumer goods industry, and market trends.Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to trade promotions.
