Job Description SummaryResponsible for project operations and programs support including standardization, quality management, document management, methods creation and maintenance, process improvement and tools for the project management function.Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution.The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures.Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance.Job DescriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for centralized quality assurance and control activities for a given project or group of projects at customer site.Broadening knowledge of own technical discipline to execute policy/strategy.Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work.Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.Support the development of the Quality Culture on requirement management, Customer Complaint management, Non-conformity management and align with Global instructions.Work with team members to find creative solutions to address complex problemsLead Business Quality at regional level.Lead the preventive implementations actions such as improvements initiatives based on customer experience, and non-conformities management.Support Project Managers on lessons learn processLead Quality KPIs and support functions with Quality Methodologies, as GEV rules when KPI not reach the plan.Drive the LEAN culture.Ability to travel to support team.Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree, proven experience in Quality.Fluent in Spanish and English.Experience with CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.Pro activeStrong problem solving, continuous improvement, lean, and negotiation skills with the ability to develop and implement complex influencing/negotiating strategies at all levels of the organization.Desired CharacteristicsStrong desire to learn and keep updated on regulations and standards.Leadership skills to support Process Adherence at all functions.Experience in Quality Management System (ISO audits) Including management of internal audits, findings and maintenance quality systemExperience in Quality ManufactureKnowledge of substation automation, panel manufacture, factory acceptance tests and site activitiesAdditional InformationRelocation Assistance Provided: No
